Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy with accessibility issues, the excellent Loch view added some charm. However, the shower was tiny and lacked in water pressure, alongside holes in the ceiling causing concern.

The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some delays. The dining experience was good, with tasty food, but the facilities could be improved.

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Loch Ness and the surrounding mountains, completely transforming our stay. The rooms lack quality for the price, with no views and maintenance issues like rattling doors and cobwebs. Service is slow, but they have good partnerships with tour bus companies. The dining experience is mediocre, though with a decent selection of food. The location is unparalleled, ideal for exploring the Loch Ness area, but lacking awareness from local Scots.

I had a peaceful stay in a well-located hotel with a view of Loch Ness. The room was spotless and spacious, creating a serene atmosphere. The service was generally friendly, though a bit distant at times. The location was ideal for exploring Loch Ness, but a bit isolated. The dining experience was standard, with decent food options. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
9.0
The room on the hill side of the hotel was dark and quiet at night, offering a serene setting. It was a good sized twin room with en suite, plenty of storage space, and a view of Loch Ness. The cleanliness was exceptional, almost feeling like a pristine, untouched space.
Service

The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. However, their presence was minimal due to the quietness of the hotel. In some instances, attention to detail could have been better.
Location

The location was great with an underpass to the harbor, making it convenient for exploring Loch Ness and driving to Glen Affric walks. It was a perfect base for a Loch Ness trip, especially when combined with a boat tour/cruise at the hotel's doorstep. The access to beautiful areas around Inverness was easy.

My stay was overall enjoyable, with friendly and helpful service, a cozy room despite limited storage, and a stunning location by Loch Ness. The dining could be improved due to noise from traffic, but the buffet had a nice variety. Good value for the price.

Rooms
7.0
The room was facing the Loch, offering a view of the mountains. It consisted of a double and single bed, though storage space was limited with a small wardrobe and set of drawers. Despite feeling a bit 'Last Minute,' the room was still spacious enough to accommodate our needs.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, with staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. They even went the extra mile to create a special birthday chocolate board for my boyfriend. From finding parking to breakfast, they were always helpful and accommodating.
Location
8.0
The location was second to none, offering incredible views over Loch Ness and the surrounding mountains. Close proximity to Drumnadrochit and Inverness made it convenient for exploring the area, although road traffic noise could be bothersome at night.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good overall, with a buffet spread including cereal, juices, and hot breakfast options. However, the traffic noise could be disruptive, and the windows might need an update. The lovely view of the Loch added to the experience.
Facilities
The hotel offered decent facilities, although improvements could be made to reduce noise from road traffic. Despite this, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was a let down for £120 per night with no breakfast as standard. The room and shower were small, making it hard to move, and the view looked into the roof, an absolute disgrace. The room was dirty, small, and felt like a cupboard, with cobwebs on the balcony. The bed was uncomfortable, and the restaurant food was of poor quality.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a shoebox with broken amenities. The shower had low water pressure, making it difficult to wash hair. The view was disappointing, looking into the roof.

The service was a mix of delays and disappointment with a bright spot of amazing staff members like Janus or Januk. The location offered nice views and comforting touches, though the dining experience had its faults. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
